Pennsylvania Department of Education Teaching Certification (K-12) in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and New Jersey Department of Education Speech Language School Specialist Certificate
He has experience with the K-12 population in public schools as well as Early Intervention; and Birth-3 settings. Phil has achieved Level 1 certification of Prompts for Restructuring Oral Muscular Phonetic Targets (PROMPT). Phil’s clinical specialties in the areas of literacy, Aspergers/ASD and English language learners have made him a great resource for PTS’ school programs.
Interests and Motivation: Interests and Motivation: His passion for Speech Language Pathology goes beyond serving children as he has mentored Clinical Fellowships and supervised University affiliated practicum students. Phil has presented before parent and professional groups and has also been invited as a guest lecturer to George Washington University’s Special Education program in Washington DC speaking on literacy and developmental milestones.
