Founded PTS with Diana Fongheiser in 1998. Co-creator of  BudgetWatch, the company’s unique industry-specific technology. She helped to create the unique management tools, technology solutions, and teacher/therapist training modules that have made PTS a leader in the field.  She has been a guest speaker at several state special education conferences, providing training on “Controlling the Cost of Related Services.” Pam also serves on the Bureau of Education’s Advisory Council on Adapted Physical Education for Students with Disabilities.

Interests and Motivation:  Interests and Motivation:  Pam’s goal in creating PTS was to combine her passion for helping children with her entrepreneurial spirit to build a highly successful company that would be a blessing to the community. Pam is a published author in pediatrics as well as a contributing writer to numerous local and national publications for children with disabilities. Pam is committed to empowering teachers with the skills they need to support children with disabilities, both here in the U.S. and through her international missions work.
