PTS’ Managing Partners
PTS owners, Diana Fongheiser and Pam Hackett, MPT draw from a wealth
of past experience in the field. In addition to Pam being a well-known
pediatric physical therapist, both owners have previously managed
therapy staffing companies. Their combined expertise has enabled
PTS to become the area’s most trusted school-based therapy
provider. As clinical specialists and award-winning business
owners, they provide exceptional value, service and expertise
to students and administrators alike.
PTS Executive Directors have enabled PTS to continue our commitment
to on-site, hands-on customer service as the company has grown.
Our directors provide clinical and administrative support to both
therapists and clients to ensure that services are delivered seamlessly
and in compliance with all state and federal guidelines.
PTS Program Coordinators provide an additional layer of on-site
coordination at our large clients, implementing program initiatives,
streamlining communication, and acting as liaisons between therapists
and administration.
Clinical Specialists
PTS Clinical Specialists are available to clients and therapists
who need additional expertise for a particularly difficult case,
to help with the development of new programs, or to perform specialized
evaluations, such as the SIPT. Our Clinical Specialists work
with PTS Executive Directors to plan inservice programs for therapists
and to help keep our model of service delivery current and compliant
with the latest special education initiatives.
